Want it to stop? Just reply “unsubscribe” or “no thanks” to any email, or email hello@warmpipe.co.uk. We stop straight away and never contact you again, for us or any of our clients.
Who we are
Warmpipe (Warmpipe) runs B2B email and LinkedIn outreach. Sometimes we contact you about our own services; then we are the data controller. Mostly we contact you on behalf of a client business named in the email; then that client is the controller and we act as their processor. Either way you can contact us at hello@warmpipe.co.uk and we will deal with it or pass it to the client.
Where we got your details
From business sources: B2B contact databases (such as Apollo), your company’s website, and your public LinkedIn profile. We only contact people at limited companies, LLPs and other corporate bodies, at their work address. We don’t email sole traders, ordinary partnerships or personal email addresses.
What we hold
Your name, work email, job title, company, company website, public LinkedIn URL and public information about your business; plus the emails we send and any reply you send. Nothing sensitive.
Why (our legal basis)
Legitimate interests: telling relevant businesses about a service that may help them. We have weighed this against your interests, keep messages few and relevant to your role, and stop as soon as you ask. We may use AI tools to write a relevant opening line, using public business information only.
Who sees it
The client we are writing for (if any), and the service providers we use to run outreach: our email provider, hosting, email verification, AI and LinkedIn tools. We don’t sell your data. Some providers are in the US, protected by UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
If you don’t reply, we delete your details within [6] months of our last message. If you reply, we keep the conversation for up to [24] months, or longer if you become a client. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, indefinitely, so we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can object at any time, and we will stop: your right to object to direct marketing is absolute. You can also ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted. Email hello@warmpipe.co.uk; we reply within one month.
