Privacy policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Warmpipe collects, why, and your rights. The data controller is Warmpipe. Contact: hello@warmpipe.co.uk.
What we collect on this site
When you request an audit we receive your name, work email, company website, what you sell and your typical deal value. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To prepare and send the audit you asked for, and to follow up about it: steps you asked us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying.
- To keep the site secure: legitimate interest.
Business contacts we email
We send occasional, relevant emails to business contacts about our services, and do the same on behalf of our clients. We use publicly available business contact data, rely on legitimate interest, identify ourselves in every message and stop as soon as anyone asks. To opt out, reply “unsubscribe” to any email or write to hello@warmpipe.co.uk. We keep a minimal suppression record so we never contact you again.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the service: our website host, email provider, your own email client (the form opens an email to us), and our calendar tool if you book a call. We don’t sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Audit requests that don’t become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it or restrict it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
